At WhiskersMethod, every product is made to order using a print-on-demand model. This means production starts only after your purchase, helping us reduce waste and promote a more sustainable approach.
1. Order Processing Time
All products are made to order.
Estimated production time is 2–5 business days. Depeding on the product ordered.
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
2. Shipping Times (U.S. Only)
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days via standard shipping.
Total estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days from the order date.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the product type and delivery location within the U.S.
4. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International orders are not supported.
5. Taxes & Customs
There are no customs duties on orders shipped within the U.S. Should international shipping become available, we will provide clear information regarding any applicable charges.
6. Shipping Address Requirements
Shipping addresses must be written using Latin characters only.
Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
A valid recipient phone number is required to help ensure smooth delivery.
P.O. Boxes are allowed within the U.S., but may experience delays. A physical address is recommended when possible.
7. Lost or Returned Packages Due to Address Issues
If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided during checkout, we cannot offer a refund or free replacement.
In some cases, we may offer to resend the package with an additional shipping charge.
If the tracking information shows the package as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact us. We’ll assist in investigating with the shipping carrier, but please note we are not liable for deliveries marked as completed.
8. Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns
Because every item is made to order just for you, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes once an order is placed.
Your order enters production shortly after purchase and cannot be modified or canceled.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color, or buyer's preference.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@whiskersmethod.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review your case and make it right.
