Does it shrink when washed? Minimally. The cotton is pre-shrunk and garment-dyed, so it maintains its original size and shape even after multiple washes.

How long does shipping take? Each T-shirt is produced especially for you on demand. Production time is 1-2 business days, after which your order will be shipped. Delivery time is 2-5 business days within the United States and 10-30 business days for international shipments once production is complete. Total time from order to delivery: 3-7 business days (US) or 11-32 business days (International). This made-to-order model allows us to reduce textile waste.

What if my order arrives with problems? If your T-shirt arrives damaged, with manufacturing defects, or printing errors, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@whiskersmethod.com with clear photos of the issue. We'll send you a replacement or process your refund. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size/color selection.

How long can I cancel my order? We can't cancel orders once they're placed since we begin production immediately to ensure fast delivery. We stand behind the quality of our products, so if there's any issue with your order when it arrives, please contact us right away and we'll work with you to find a solution!

What if the package doesn't arrive? If tracking shows it was delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us immediately at support@whiskersmethod.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the shipping company to resolve the issue.
